If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 30 days from the day it was received under our money-back guarantee policy. An item for refund must be returned in its original packaging. Please contact us and include your name and order number to initate a return. Our staff will reply within 1-2 business days with a "Return Materials Authorization" (RMA) number. An RMA number is valid for 60 calendar days beginning from the date of issue. An exchange or refund will not be processed prior to the return of the original product to our service center.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Moshi does not accept any returns if the product is damaged or missing accessories. Moshi makes every effort to quickly process returns; please allow 7-10 business days from the date of receipt for processing. Refunds may only be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase. Please allow a complete billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
