If you are having problems and need technical support, please write to technical.support@moshicorp.com and include the following information: 
  • Moshi product name (Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, iGlaze 4, Cardette Ultra, etc.)
  • Model identifier of your Apple computer (iMac10,1, MacBook Pro7,2, etc.)
  • Brand and model number of your TV (Sony Bravia KDL-40Z4100, LG 37LG50, etc.) 
  • Operating system (Mac OS 10.6.7, Bootcamp Windows 7, Windows XP, etc.)
  • Where and when your Moshi product was purchased (Apple online, Apple retail, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.)

If you are writing in for a warranty exchange or return, please send an email to customer.service@moshicorp.com and include the following information: 
  • Where your Moshi product was purchased (Apple online, Apple retail, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase (digital photo of the physical receipt, order confirmation email)
  • Photo evidence of the problem you are experiencing (pictures or video of the issue)
